Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange items within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Returns/exchanges are not accepted for items on sale, customized pieces, or accessories unless they are defective.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange or issue a refund as per the original payment method.

Refunds

Refunds will be initiated within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.

The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

If your return does not meet the above conditions, it may be rejected, and the item will be sent back to you.

Send the item back to us and share the tracking details.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
